Skeggy 2005

The usual routine Friday morning at 5, racing towards the ferry that drops me at the English isle. .
But this time it's only me, looks like Thunderace owners are getting pretty rare.

The 97 bike covered a stout 178K now, but stuffed with the new 1040 kit that annihilated any oil use, it felt eager and willing.
At Butlin's I shared an appartment with CdJ and Andy C, fossiles from previous Skeggy pilgrimmages.

I als looked forward seeing the guys and girls from www.thunderace.co.uk forum, but the next morning I felt so bad I missed the RDV.

So, how did we do at Butlins' Nightlife?
Starting again with some cool pints, tasted my favourite medication Jägermeister.

Yep, work to do, we changed Andy's rear shock spring for a purple HYPERPRO unit, suspended the bike froma Butlin's balcony, using Chris' cargo strap.
Never imagined it drew quite a crowd in minutes !

Think about getting dressed up next year, then again.....No
